Custom Orders
All of our products are custom printed based on the artwork and designs uploaded by our customers. Because each order is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Design Approval
Please review your uploaded design carefully before submitting your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your design — including file quality, sizing, or colors — contact us before placing your order at [insert your contact email or form link]. Our team will be happy to help ensure your artwork is ready for print.
Defective or Incorrect Prints
We stand behind the quality of our prints. If your order arrives with a print defect or production error that is not related to the design you uploaded, we will gladly reprint the affected item(s) at no additional cost.
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the problem

Clear photos showing the defect
Once we review your claim and confirm the issue, we’ll arrange a reprint for you promptly.
Non-Defective Orders
Since all items are made to order, we cannot offer reprints, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as:
