Order Processing

All DTF transfer orders are processed and produced within 1–3 business days depending on order size and volume. Once production is complete, orders are shipped the next business day.

If you require a rush order, please contact us directly at 780-428-0838 to confirm availability and the adjusted production/shipping schedule.

Pickup Orders

Customers located in or near Edmonton are welcome to pick up their orders in person during our regular business hours:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Closed on weekends and statutory holidays.

You will receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping

We offer shipping throughout Canada.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method. All orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates do not include production time.

Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control are not our responsibility once the order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue.
