All items sold on our website are custom printed based on the artwork or designs that you upload. It is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • You own or have permission to use the design you submit.

  • Your uploaded file meets the necessary quality and resolution requirements for printing.

  • You review and confirm all order details before submitting.

Once your order has been placed, it enters our production queue and cannot be canceled, modified, or refundedunless there is a verified production error on our part.

3. Intellectual Property

By uploading artwork or designs, you confirm that you have the rights to reproduce and print that content. You grant [Your Store Name] a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and print your uploaded designs solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

If your item arrives with a defect or production issue not caused by your uploaded design, we will offer a reprint of the affected item(s) at no additional cost.

6. Colors and Print Results

Due to variations in screen displays, device calibration, and material differences, colors may appear slightly different in print than they do on your monitor. We do our best to maintain color accuracy, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
